I decided to wear this dress to a wedding last weekend in Chicago and I’m wearing it again today! I added the ribbon around the waist but it can certainly be worn without it. Ribbon or no ribbon there’s so much to love about this dress. FYI…my sunnies are from LuLu’s and their under $20.
